# How To: Use Basic Search on LawNet

LawNet is a service provided by the Singapore Academy of Law. It is a subscription portal that caters to the research and legal information needs of the legal community.

The Legal Research module is an integrated online environment that allows you to search different types of legal content and multiple sources.

The Legal Workbench comprises of the following legal information:

* Singapore Cases
* Hong Kong Legal Materials
* Reference Material
* Singapore Parliamentary Reports
* Singapore Treaties
* Others

This introduces the Basic Search Functionality, the Search Results page, and the Content View page.
