How To: Assign Cases

Mercury allows you to assign existing and new cases to any users in your organization. This will help Filter & Organise your cases for all members.
To get started, login to your Mercury account and go to the Workspace. Once at the workspace, open the case you would like to assign. Clicking the case opens the detailed view on the right side of the screen.
Now click on "Assign" button at the top of any case as shown:
In the resultant dropdown, select the user and click the Save button to assign the case.
