How To: Submit Feedback
The Mercury team is always looking for valuable feedback on how to improve its services and performance. This basic guide will run through the simple steps to submit feedback directly to us and make your experience of using Mercury better.
To get started, login to your Mercury account and go to the Workspace. Once at the workspace, select the case you would like to submit feedback about to open its
detailed view on the right side of the screen.
At the top of the right panel, directly below the party names, you can see four action buttons (please refer to screenshot below). The feedback button is located second from the left.
Clicking this button opens the feedback prompt, allowing you to give instant feedback to our development team. The feature is smart and saves you time, clicking the
button automatically forwards the case details to us, requiring you to just summarise the issue faced by you.
