How To: Use the "Case Reference" Feature

Find all the cases/articles/secondary material which cite a particular case as precedent or as a reference in just one click.

Use of ‘Case Reference’ :
Case reference makes it simple to look for judgments related to our judgment of interest with just one click.

Lets begin by recovering the judgment by using the "Find by Citation" method and searching for the case mentioned below:

‘‘Kesavananda Bharati V. State of Kerala”, - (1973) 4 SCC 225



Once the judgment is open in the third column, click on Case Reference icon (image shown below).



All the judgments, digest notes and articles that cite this case will be listed in the second column of the search result window (image shown below).
